Open Baladin does not offer only a unique craft beer selection but we offer also a creative food menu that focuses on using only the best Italian products and fresh local ingredients.
Our kitchen manager is Gabriele Bonci.
The kitchen is open all day from noon to 1am, with a menu that changes during the day. Our lunch menu is mainly a seasonal and traditional Italian menu, and all the food is prepared daily by our chefs, offering always new dishes created by our head chef.
Our 100% Fassona Piemontese burgers are served all day. The buns are produced by the famous Gabriele Bonci bakery, and all the toppings are homemade and produced freshly every day.
We offer also a special vegan food selection.
